We're proud to have found a partnership with PORTER DESIGN BUILD, INC. When PORTER came to us looking to help them build a brand new retail space for outdoor fashion leader, Helly Hansen, we grabbed our tools and headed to Boulder, Colorado. In under 6 weeks, an empty building became a retail showcase for the latest winter resort wear — open just in time for the start of a busy ski season. From planning to completion, Atlas helped Porter's cutting edge design become a reality while adding another flagship experience for Helly Hansen shoppers.

FROM START TO FINISH

It all began with a site survey which led to a full-service, integrated construction solution. From framing to flooring – Atlas delivered a complete millworks package, electrical, painting, permit supervision and finally installation of fixtures, signage and graphics.

WAREHOUSE+MERCHANDISING

400 stores and 16 teams across the South and Western regions over the course of a 28 week period at off-peak or over night hours.

​

Each team compromised of twelve team members who removed and replaced all endcaps throughout the store.

​

Endcaps were de-merchandised and re-merchandised to new planograms during reset. Concurrently the team removed and installed all store signage to updated brand requirements. 

REMODEL + RESET

DOLLAR GENERAL

Ongoing project employing 72 crew members completing 6 stores per route, 32 weeks out of the year.

 

During the process, the team shutters the store and completed a full reset to current brand requirements. Includes all interior store elements such as signage, fixtures, specialty displays and point of sales systems.

 

Projects are repeated on a seven year cycle.

ASSEMBLY + INSTALLATION

TAYLOR MADE 

With over 500 locations nationwide, our project management team would work with the individual retailer to establish an installation schedule without interruption of daily sales.

 

Installation teams completed assembly + installation within 3 hours, completing multiple locations per day.

 

Installation included accepting delivery of flat-packed materials, disposal of existing display, assembly + installation of new display, all merchandising and any associated clean up.

ROLLOUT + INSTALLATION

Over 200 stores nationwide were visited by our teams of 2 who completed detailed site surveys, ensuring properly sized fixtures were shipped to various retail locations.

 

The installation team unpacked all products while performing a quality control check for missing or damaged parts. After which, the teams complete assembly + installation of all fixtures and signage. After completion the installation crew assists in merchandising and hanging arial signage and supporting graphics throughout the space.

REMODEL + CONSTRUCTION

FIVE BELOW

Elite construction crews tackle everything from wallpaper, fixture installation, graphics and signage to merchandising.

​

Crews reorganized product throughout the store according to planograms prepared by the client. Merchandise was often re-labeled and coordinated with rebranded graphics and signage.

​

Our teams worked hand-in-hand with the client's own employees and resources to work as one unit in effort to meet a very aggressive timeline.

REMODEL + RESET

A complete open store remodel over the course of 16 weeks was tackled by crews at multiple Texas locations. Multi-phased plans were completed throughout the store while resetting various areas simultaneously. 

 

Project begins with pre-construction consultations and coordination with all sub-contractors while project leads obtained site materials, yard needs and equipment such as forklifts and storage containers.

​

Project was completed 1 week ahead of schedule.
